Konno Yuuki is a girl from the anime titled Sword Art Online (SAO), which is a virtual reality game that involves magical sword combat. When Yuuki is introduced she is diagnosed with HIV after receiving a bad blood transfusion. This caused her immune system to be incredibly weak, so she was hospitalized for the duration of the show. However, she was allowed to still play SAO for the entire time which made her arguably the best player in the game. She was also known as Absolute Sword (絶剣, Zekken) due to winning sixty-seven consecutive duels against other players in-game.
